Details In 2015 our Chairperson, Kathryn Gregory, flew, with a rescue group, to Nepal to help after the devastating, severe earthquake disaster. What unfolded during and after that visit is an incredible story, covering 10 years, of awe-inspiring dedication, compassion and relentless effort culminating in the opening of a new, “all-singing, all-dancing”, special school and home for Nepal’s needy children.

Details We are extremely fortunate to have the awesome Lewis Cowen entertaining us with a variety of light-hearted comical skits. His background in professional acting, combined with sharp comic timing and delivery, plus his ability to mimic several accents, will keep you riveted and amused throughout his act. To conclude, with the seasonal theme, the wonderful Potterne Bell ringers will play a few carols for us. Some of the players are U3A members and they are inviting new recruits.

Come and be amazed by this man’s extraordinary local knowledge.
